Let's the transaction begin :

Once the plane has been inspected and the price settled the transaction will start. In order to get a trouble free procedure they are some rules to follow.

Trust creation

For any non US citizen or permanent resident wishing to "N" register an airplane a trustee will be required. Creating a trust is an easy legal procedure but it might take a little while do it. So ATOZ advises it's customer to have a trust set fairly soon so that it will be effective the day of the transaction.

Escrow agent :

Escrow agent : a person who is specialized in aircraft transactions and who will ensure the usage of funds will be properly used and the required documentation filled out.


Escrow agent rates vary upon the airplane's purchase price so a quote will be provided to the customer prior to the transaction. (Consult services and rates).
